Excellent news, Andrew. Of course the Guardian never has to worry about being cancelled: the BBC keeps it afloat by buying nearly half its daily printed copies (without the consent of the license fee paying public, of course): and yes, this is true - and it took a Freedom Of Information request to get the BBC or the Guardian to admit to it.

The police chief that blamed 'far right extremists' for the riot recently received a 97% no confidence vote from the rank and file of Irish police, while leo varadkar is doing the rounds saying the protesters 'shamed themselves' when he himself did 'x-rated favours' (if you know what I mean) to get where he is today in politics.
6
True: that's the only way forward: Reform, Reclaim and others - they may not get into office but if enough MPS are in there they'll be able to put the brakes on he ConLabourlib party.
6
To explain the lack of humour of these people, I would summarise it thus: 'when you are the joke, nothing is funny'.
6
@gregmcfarnon1140 Exactly.
6
I think the future of politics is in independents and new parties: it may not sound like much but a presence in Westminster does put pressure on the main stream parties: they don't have to be in government but they can put significant pressure on the political class to steer them or stop them. Andrew Bridgen (an old style politician and one of the only good MPs the tories had) was expelled by them because he gave a speech giving all the facts and figures of the insane covid lock down and its consequences. He has now joined the 'Reclaim' party.
6
True.
6
TBH I think they'd blame brexit for that, too.
6
Since Thatcher's days governments have been using advertising agencies and marketing companies to supply them with catchy phrases lol. Things like "Back to Basics" and "Build back better". Genius.....just genius.
6
LOL! I never thought of that!
6
Very true.
6
The worst thing about it is they are doing it all on purpose. Unfortunately the tories were only a few steps behind and that's why they had to go.
5
@ I tried to reply to you twice but both replies were deleted by youtube. This happens a lot when I try to explain that conflict.
5
Cover-up is his middle name: that's why he was rewarded with a knighthood and leadership of the labour gang. He even helped jimmy saville evade justice at one stage.
5
Yep - I can't believe I used to give my hard earned money to 6 of those scummy money making scammers.
5
There is nothing wrong with the NHS itself. Its the bloated layers of useless management that are causing this: the idea is to bring it to its knees so it can be more easily privatised. And if you think privatising it would be an improvement I could tell you all about the last 2 months of my father's life in a private ""hospital"" after spending a fortune on health insurance his entire life.
4
Exactly. I remember the silent generation warning us this would happen: even I thought they were being paranoid. It turns out they were absolutely right....about that and many other things. They predicted all this and we shook our heads at them. I can't even imagine now what it must have been like for them knowing that this was on the way and on-one was listening to them.
4
Of course he did - he got everything he wanted out of the first one, and more. Even 'though he broke the rules himself with the words "I'm only human". He is enjoying rubbing everyone's face in what he did. He's enjoying this.
4
I remember his name being mentioned a few years ago re: the island. It all came as a total surprise....NOT.
4
Lol, nice one.
4
Exactly. And that's what this was all about from the beginning. Feminism was nothing more than the use of women as a weapon to achieve long term social and political goals. A healthy, thriving, cohesive society can't be enslaved, dismantled, robbed and controlled. Its a tragedy that so many women fell for this.
4
There are some good independents and parties out there - and I think that's the direction things will take. Nobody wants the tories or labour anymore.
4
This wasn't just against all adds - it was against All Oddballs, which is an even bigger achievement! Well done!
4
I was unfortunate enough to have to deal with a lot of people from TV and film many years ago - and (with a few notable exceptions) found them to be the most unpleasant, unsavoury and twisted low-lives I've ever had the misfortune to dealt with.
4
She's a graduate member of 'Common Purpose' the "think tank" that was given charitable status by Gordon Brown when he was PM: a number of high ranking and utterly disastrous civil servants and politicians have been trained by this lot - and we as taxpayers get to pay them £5000 per head of every 'leader' they train.
4
WEFminster lol!

In 2004 a junior journalist at Channel 4 News approached his bosses to inform them that something awful was happening in Rotherham that needed to be reported on. Ch 4 then met with senior police officers and they all agreed between them that running the story could lead to bigotry and violence so they decided not to run it. These awful things continued for another 10 years until critical mass finally forced the story out into the open in 2014 - 10 years later. Ch4 still continues to wag its finger and declare itself on the vanguard of wmns rights.

Creaper of the House. Every socialist I've ever known has been exactly the same.
3
Absolutely true.
3
@Insecthouse Yep. Kindred spirits.
3
:O!
3
It was designed to achieve that end - and it was designed by people who had long term goals in mind and who were only interested in using women as a weapon towards that end. It's almost tragic that so many of them fell for it.
3
Month? It seems to me the KGBT have been celebrating themselves every single day of every single year for at least a decade now.
3
Excellence impersonation of James O'Whine.
3
I wonder if labour voters are beginning to get the picture now.
3
There are literally no depths the bbc won't sink to: the statue overlooking the entrance to their building which advertises exactly what they are, and which they refuse to remove, confirms just that.
3
This wasn't just against all adds - it was against All Oddballs, which is an even bigger achievement! Well done!
3
Yep. me, too. Switched my TV off many years ago and its one of the bets things I ever did. I do remember Ch4 back in the days when it was watchable (a very long time ago)
3
Years ago I rang them up and told them I no longer watch television and told them why, and they cancelled my license fee. In reality I had already stopped watching TV years earlier but then one day I just rang them up and they cancelled it right there. I don't know if it can still be done this way but that's what I did. If you don't watch TV then you could do that.
3
Labour has to go: but I am never voting conservative again. They had 14 years and they destroyed everything around them: now they want our children fighting in Eastern Europe? Go away, tories and don't ever come back: bring labour with you.
3
Exactly.
3
James O'Whine will excuse anything as long as its his own side doing it.
2
@wandpman Ex-RUC: I didn't know that but it explains a lot. Yet another political trick by Ireland's puppet government to rub the nose of the nation in it.
2
A few months ago I was telling one of these 'centrists' that he will not survive a nuclear war if it kicks off. His answer was: "There aren't any nukes pointed at my country". The's the level of genius of a lot of these people. Clearly the current government thinks they and their children will survive one.
2
Not to worry - I'm sure the amount they pay the even more bloated management-heavy NHS in taxes every year more than makes up for it. As for bliar: he should worry more about how much he and his ilk have cost us each year.
2
@DepakoteMeister TBH that's the point I'm making.
2
Yep - now Ch4 stands naked and its not an attractive sight. As for Newman: I noticed she aged a lot after that Jordan Peterson "interview" (failed hit piece).
2
Its not that they hate the elderly. They regard the elderly as farm animals who are no longer useful. Labour puts people into 2 categories: those who are producing revenue for the state and those who aren't. It doesn't matter if they have paid taxes all their lives, as soon as they are no longer doing so labour has no use for them. That's it.
2
The bbc.

I ordered my Liberal Tears mug the day after Trump won. I think I'm going to need a bigger mug :D
