  1. Its the massive amount of middle managers that are taking all the money and deliberately undermining it so that the case can be made for privatising. Someone very close to me, who paid a fortune in health insurance all his life, died in a private hospital and his last month is like something you'd expect in 3rd world country.

  2. The tories and labour are in it together: by this stage they are only 2 gangs fighting over the same turf. The nhs is being deliberately sabotaged by the numerous and expensive middle managers that "run" the place. Get rid of them and problem solved - the nhs is being undermined so that the govt can state the case for privatisation.
