TBH they were already in a position to do that: Article 6 of UNESCO's Bioethics and Human Rights Act states that it is against International Law to force or coerce anyone to take a vaccine against their will. For some reason not one single Human Rights, Civil Liberties group or lawyer, msm or alternative media outlet went public with this in that last 2 years. But yes, they are in a position to sue and they should.
