@microwaveenthusiast7410 Okay - if you're so easy to wind up here's a question. Who cares about the slavery of Africans in America? It happened countless years ago and doesn't affect nor concern you in any way. It'll be interesting to see if you have the same thing to say about that.

@azizbey4334 Unfortunately there is one essential difference: Islam still has the same ambitions that it has had for hundreds of years: in fact I think Erdegon had (and may still have) ambitions of rebuilding the Ottoman empire. Now of course, I do recognise the distinction between the Muslim religion and islam as a political movement.

@kyeraalucy2116 Really? You may want to do some research on what the Ottomans did to the black slaves that they got their hands on - then follow that up with what ISIS is doing right now to captured black Africans in Libya. You'll be shocked - if you do look into either.

In fact the slave trade is alive and well in Libya at the moment: after isis took over they started selling slaves on the open market again. Odd how we're not hearing that on mainstream media but its there and it's thriving. Many of those being sold are captive black Africans.
