@ootmaster1 When did I say make all narcotics legal? Legalize industrial cannabis/hemp, decriminalize hard drugs for simple minor possession. We need to distinguish between individual drug use which should be classified as a medical, mental-health problem, societal ill not criminal. Now while under the influence(ex: alcohol, crystal meth, coke, heroin, pharmaceuticals) if you inflict bodily harm against another whether gross criminal negligence or even a violent crime you deserve to be punished. Hell if you pushing drugs outside school campus you deserve to be punished cuz' the state has a vital role in protecting children.
