  1. That bottom surgery was dirt cheap! No wonder Americans and Australians go to Thailand for cosmetic surgery. I've heard many transgenders don't want to get "the surgery", though, because of how much it hurts, especially the dilation afterwards 😮 Maybe it's different when translated from Thai, but I found it interesting how Sauce said, "I openly admit I'm not a woman" whereas most MTF transgenders in the West would insist that they are women.
