Not a major point, but years ago my work supervisor who was also a student majoring in Biology told me how mixing meat and milk products while eating and drinking overworks the body because two different types of amino acids (?) for digesting are produced at the same time, one for each type of food/drink. The Jewish custom of not eating meat and milk products t the same time is a is a healthy arrangement. I'm not positive but I think some people will allow six hours between consuming meat and milk products. Maybe someone else can add a comment here.
