  1. I haven't been to a movie theater since 1997 when I saw "Titanic". I'm an ocean liner enthusiast and even I didn't like the movie. I don't like the smell of movie theaters. I had to cover my ears during parts of "Titanic", it was so loud. I don't want to see sexual content or hear vulgar language. I dislike the way Oscar winners take advantage of their winning to talk about causes they are involved with, however worthwhile, or to make political commentary or just plain insults. Funny thing is, I once wanted to be an actor. Now I'm happy to leave it to others. Rather than go to a movie theater I'll happily spend time with a good book.
