  1. The Vietnam War was actually Oklahoma and South Vietnam vs North Vietnam. They indeed had butter and beer. For example, the US murder rate was higher in 2018 than annual American losses in Vietnam.

  2.  @melgross  The Vietnam war was a disaster for Vietnam. In fact, 2018 was a pretty normal year in the US. I would downright restrict immigration from the US to Europe.
