  6.  @DaveSCameron  Do you mean Nordic SS troops vs Republic of Finland. To my recollection, they were sent to Ardennes. The Lapland War was a small event on a WW2 scale, and nowhere near what happened in Yugoslavia.

  9. Finland alone has a larger area than the whole of Yugoslavia, but the total population is somewhere between Serbia and Croatia. In addition, neutral Sweden was a buffer, which may explain the absence of mutual schism among the Nordic countries. In other words, they need more lebensraum : )
