  1. That would not make sense. Chinese mortality was higher in the 1960s due to the famine. Likewise, Cambodia experienced the worst massacres in the 1970s. Not to mention the Vietnam War.

  2.  @LukeLovesRose  Don’t believe that ridiculous propaganda. The USSR was basically so withered that it didn't make it. Like a mouse that got a nuclear weapon in 1949, then it was a different game for a while.
