Love this Gen LS 430, best LS’s ever made. This is the one to buy. 1 or 2 owner meticulously maintained. If I didn’t buy my 2002 ES300 this would definitely be an option. Maybe when I retire in 5 years I’ll find one like this to replace my ES300

@boogitybear2283 I hear you ! but I do want a sports car when I retire and 3 cars might be a stretch. Retiring in 5 years, currently my options are a 2021/22 Toyota supra 3.0 premium, or a 2002–2004 C5 Corvette manual or a 2012 2013 C6 Corvette manual

@Daniel_Ho_Status_101 I am the second owner of my 2002 ES 300, I bought it last April from the original owner with 160,000 miles. It now has 168,000 miles. Last summer the rear struts were leaking oil so I replaced all four with one notch below OEM and the car rides like it just came out of the show room. Also replaced the original alternator with a GENCO And the original AC compressor which started squealing. I’m using a small repair shop with certified mechanics at $95 per hour labor. The fit and finish is unparalleled, craftsmanship is amazing. Everything still works like new. The car is so quiet he would think it’s electric. The amount of insulation is unbelievable. One dude on another YouTube channel said I only have an ugly Camry. Clearly the dude was clueless. Everything I read and seen on YouTube on the LS 430 has been great except for the optional air suspension. I replaced the in dash cd changer and cassette player with a double din Alpine head unit touchscreen with a hardwired backup camera and now I have Apple CarPlay with plug-in USB. Oh I wouldn’t trade this car in for anything at the moment I plan on keeping it for several years into my retirement and beyond. Straight highway driving with Shell premium gas I get 29 to 32 miles per gallon

@wholeNwon trust me I’m not selling my ES300. My best car I’ve ever owned and I’ve been driving 41 years! 171k Miles now. New struts, feels like it just came off the showroom floor. Still tight and super quiet. Replaced the original alternator last year and original AC compressor and just a few months ago replaced the original starter.

@28cthedestroyer yeah It’s gonna come down to finances as always but in five years when I retire I’ll be able to afford any one of them. The Corvette will be cheaper to maintain so that may be the bigger item

@boogitybear2283 💯 % thanks ! I am very confident that my ES300 will last for many years and miles and probably be even more reliable than an LS 430. If I can find one like this one in this video in five years then I might just buy it as a second luxury car !

@njsongwriter yes 💯 but everything I’ve seen and read says it’s approved by Toyota. QC checks out. That is my only reservation though. Maybe potential issues long term
