  1. These mature women should focus on being a women and not a man. Focus on getting a man, so they don't need to worry about money. It is a man's job to be the income earner. Companies MUST give job to man FIRST. -they are the ones raising the family -they need bribe money -they need house It is fair because these women DEMAND these things I praise ANY company that only hire man FIRST.

  2. Men needs to earn money for the family that is their number 1 role. If a man can't provide, he haven't fullfilled the family's needs. Women's number 1 role is family and not a career women. Everyone in the family have their own role. Some roles can be shared, like house chores. If women put career as #1, then, she can wear the pants in the family.
