  2. If the husband (in China), needs the wife to earn money, it is because the husband can't earn enough to support the family. So, if the husband's salary isn't enough, he should look for a higher paying job and not give stress to the wife, as the wife has to take care of the children. As a man, my job is to make sure l earn enough money for the whole family, so the wife doesn't need to. If the man can't earn enough...hmmm...he can take part time job as a delivery man. In my opinion, for me, l would never demand my wife to find a job, just to support the family. After all, the man is the man of the house, he should be the man income earner. If he needs the wife's help (salary)...he isn't fullfilling his duties. But that is just me.

  3.  @LightWavess  Or they have too many bills, mortgage, car loans, etc. WIth these debt, it is no wonder, both parents need to work. If one does not have a mortgage and rent and not have a car loan and take public transportation, l think one's cost of living is more affortable. Furthermore, always have PLAN B and back up plan. If l lose my primary job, my back up side gig, can support the family, comfortability.

  5.  @harshavardhanreddyneelapu4782  Many travel long distance. Regarding school, rather than live on campus (to save money), many students commute to and from campus.

  6.  @LightWavess  I work 1.25 job, and is equal to 2x. Im lucky that my other side gig (part time less avg. 5-8 hour a week pays full time salary)
