  1. This may be true for Chinese living in China, but not for foreigners (including ABC, CBC and etc). Foreigners in China are always valuable and desirable, especially in the education sector. Foreign teachers vs Chinese teacher have the same number of classes, receive much more in salary, benefits and etc. The only benefit that foreigners don't get is pension. But we get air and housing allowance, which they do not get. Air and housing allowance is worth more than their yearly pension.

  2. Too many young adults, want to start their own business and become boss. But they lack money. Also, they don't look at the downside. What if there no costumers. Opening a business that become unsuccess can drain one's saving including parents. Too much risk! I too started a business, but it has zero cost. Tutoring.
