  2. EG Shep Smith is a leftwing statist. Judge Napolitano is a hard-core Constitutionalist and philosophical libertarian/anarchist/voluntaryist. You are comparing polar opposites here. You should be thrilled that Fox has a strict Constitutionalist on their staff (who would make for a fantastic Supreme Court Justice if he was a younger man).
