@BeneathAcacia As someone that lives off the grid on a sailboat, I can tell you that most of those boats are derelicts and therefore not seaworthy and most of the people living on those boats are dealing with alcoholism and substance abuse. SF Bay gets serious weather and when those derelicts drag anchor they end up causing serious damage to other boats and docks and the citizens get the bill to salvage and destroy them because the boat owners don’t have insurance. It’s a very sad situation all around. It’s sad that these poor broken and forgotten souls are so close to living on the streets. What’s the answer? I am really not sure. P.S. Maybe it was your auto spelling, but “convolute” isn’t the correct term to use in this context.🤙🏼
