@IncognitoInvisible The only thing McCarthy got wrong was that he underestimated how infested the US State Department was with communists and communist sympathizers. He told the truth and they destroyed him for it and now the history books lie. Never heard of Cawthorn until this video so we don’t know if he will rise to the level of notoriety that Joe McCarthy did.

@IncognitoInvisible When I said “100+ million dead so far” I was referring to humans that were unfortunate enough to have lived under the oppressive authoritarian rule of socialism/communism. And no, McCarthy didn’t lie. Again, he underestimated how many communist and communist sympathizers there were in the US state department and what is going on today is proof of that.

Replace the market (which is the peoples ability to choose) with idiot central planners that have no idea how the economy works and you end up with massive shortages, chaos and death. Hence the reason why people living in the USSR had to wait in long lines for toilet paper and why Venezuelans are digging through garbage dumps for scraps of food now. Look up U of Hawaii's study on DEMOCIDE. McCarthy's charge was that the US State Department was occupied with communists and communist sympathizers. What we are seeing NOW is massive proof that he was right. The fact that YOU aren't aware of this and don't know that socialist / communist governments have killed over 100 MILLION of their own citizens is proof that he was right. The only thing he got wrong was that he underestimated how pervasive this was. I am against all forms of imperialism and interventionism so we agree on that.

@IncognitoInvisible Venezuela is one of the most oil rich nations on earth and was one of the most prosperous nations in the world until the commies took control and "won" every election (thanks to Dominion voting machines) and proceeded to destroy everything which is what communism always does. They could have expanded their oil sales beyond the US, but as usual, commies and their central planners are total retards when it comes to understanding market forces. Central planning is inherent to all authoritarian states. You asked how socialism/communism has killed 100+ MILLION people so far and I replied by saying that one reason is always because of the chaos and death that results from central planners. State collectivism relies on forcing people at the point of a gun to do whatever the fuck the state wants or doesn't want. Again, 100+ MILLION DEAD from socialism/communism and you are completely unaware of this. And see, THAT is why Marx included government schools as one of the planks in his commie manifesto. Got to start the brainwashing early in order to destroy individualism and create obedient compliant sheeple.
