If unsuccessful, then Mike Johnson will send a petition to the Supreme Court to hand over jurisdiction to the states to handle long-time immigrants, slave traders, terrorists, and the toxic drug Fentanyl against Biden. Using an open border policy, I'm sure no one will object or demand Mike Johnson's removal on the border, otherwise Joe Biden will continue to take taxpayer money from the American people to raise illegal immigrants and the government will go bankrupt.
