But it is simply a fact that unemployment was already at 5% and still going down when Obama left office. You're not going to change anyone's mind on that topic. Two sides of the same coin. They both get credit. Third of all, how dare you accuse black people of voting for Democrats because they have been "tricked." Black people vote for Democrats because Democrats push civil rights, voter protection, desegregation, greater access to healthcare. All things Republicans are against. Republicans literally go to court trying to make it harder for black people to vote. Which is why we call them racist. Yet conservatives like yourself always find a way to ignore all that other stuff and say they only like Democrats because they give them free stuff.

  45. The court hasn't decided anything just yet. This was a filing by the voting machine company asking the judge to just skip the trial and declare Fox News liable/guilty. Since the overwhelming evidence shows there is no dispute about the facts that Fox News "knew" they were lying about fraud. No reasonable juror could find that Fox is innocent, so why even have a trial. Now it's Fox's turn to respond. Good luck to them (not really).

It is very obvious she was doing it for convenience purposes. Hence it was reckless, but not criminal. 2. Should could not be charged with a crime for the 30,000 deleted emails because there was no evidence that she actually told the tech who deleted them to actually do that. According to all evdience, the tech was supposed to set the server to only keep emails for 30 days. He forgot to do that. But months later when the server was subpoenaed by Republicans in Congress, he panicked and deleted all the emails that were more than 30 days old. You can speculate all you want, but that is why Hillary was never prosecuted. No ill intent for crime #1 and for crime #2 there is no evidence it was actually her fault. Trump on the other hand got caught paying off a porn star to win the election. And the evidence is so blatantly obvious. His lawyer was already prosecuted. There is a cash paper trail. He was named as Individual #1 by the prosecution.

From emails, text messages, and testimony under oath. The judge hasn't made any decisions. And besides, the verdict will be decided by a jury after they see how Fox intentionally defamed Dominion to keep their audience engaged. Because the typical Fox News viewer will turn the channel if they aren't getting a strong enough dose of propaganda. They are always seeking out a stronger dose, like an addict.

But they hate the scientists (AKA anyone who is an "expert"). They will take a vaccine....unless it was created by "experts". LOL They belive the government should spend money to build weapons, but not to fix climate change. They believe in some parts of economics (the free market produces innovation) but not others. For example, economics says don't give tax cuts when the debt is high and the economy is already booming. That's actually when you should be raising taxes to pay off the debt. Here's the common theme: Conservatives want to hear “both sides” of arguments, even for settled science that’s not really up for debate. This makes conservatives are much more prone to misinformation than the general public.

The deficit was projected to hit over $1 trillion this year....before Covid hit. This after Republicans spent Obama's entire presidency complaining about the deficit. Economists almost universally agree that had there been more stimulus (like what we got for Covid), the economy would have improved much faster. But Republicans weren't interested in helping Obama improve the economy. The deficit was too important....until Trump got in office. One more example of extreme hypocrisy. Just like with Supreme Court appointments during an election year.

Literally EVERYONE thought Hillary was going to win. There were definitely some polling errors. There were also Trump voters who didn't want to admit they were voting for Trump (I wonder why). There were also people who decided at the VERY last minute who they were voting for...and they all went for Trump. At the same time, as you pointed out, 538 was actually more accurate than most other predictors....which is why they get so much clout. So I think we can still assume that Trump would not be where he is today if not for James Comey. Does it matter why he won, maybe not. But I care. Because he wasn't supposed to win. I do believe he defiles the office. I do believe he is biased against non-white people, and that a lot of his supporters either don't care or they actually like him more because of that. Yes, some people who made too much to qualify for subsidies (perhaps 10% of the people on an Obamacare plan) paid ridiculous amounts in premiums, but that was always fixable. An easy tweak to the law, but conservatives found it politically beneficial to let those people suffer to help their repeal movement. But Biden just fixed it with his Covid relief bill (everyone now qualifies for subsidies). But anyway, what you said about Obamacare causing overall healthcare costs to rise faster is actually the opposite of the truth. Just wanted to point that out since that's a common false talking point from conservatives and libertarians who want Obamacare to fail. But don't believe me, check the data. And no, not ONLY black lives matter. But if I tell you my home is burning down and you respond "Well everyone's home matters," then you are missing the point.

It is bad for their reelection chances, damages their approval rating, and hurts the American people in their wallets. Biden is actually asking oil companies to pump MORE gas, not less. Also, Keystone XL was years from being operational. Check your facts. 1. As far as domestic oil production, Democrats cannot do anything to force oil companies sitting on millions of acres of land that was leased to them that they are not drilling. They benefit from these high gas prices, so they are not in a hurry to drill more. When gas prices go down, domestic oil companies go out of business since they can't make a profit. 2. Regarding getting more oil from overseas, Democrats cannot do anything to force OPEC, Russia, and the Middle East to pump more oil if they like their current profits. 3. Regarding supply and demand, demand is WAY up, but supply is not being increased. Also, supply chain issues like not enough truck drivers and overcrowded ports are slowing everything down and raising prices. The cost of gas is determined by many factors, and Joe Biden knows it's in his best interest to do everything he can to get prices to go back down.

So I can't say that it's all that strange for them to start using the third gender when talking about people. As far as Canadians creating, it does sound a little extreme, but it doesn't affect me. And society will change with or without me, so I'm not going to make a big deal out of it. As far as biological men competing in female sports....obviously it's not common (that's why it makes the news in the first place). And the fairness part of it has a lot to do with whether they did their transition before or after puberty. But I personally don't have a strong opinion on it (it doesn't affect me so thankfully I don't have to have an opinion).

You do know that the president has more than one job right? Second, Clarence Thomas was NOT chosen based on merit. He was chosen because he was one of the few black conservatives available to Bush Sr. when Thrurgood Marshall died on the court. And just like Amy Coney Barret, Thomas was a judge for LESS THAN 2 YEARS before being elevated to the Supreme Court. His views were widely seen as extreme and he would NOT have had a chance at confirmation if he weren't one of the few black conservatives available. And third, no I would not be upset if a white man appointed me to a position of power to help with diversity. Considering these women are ALL more qualified than several Republican picks on the Court, I see it as heroic to end some of the entrenched discrimination. And to expose on camera conservatives' hypocrity and their true views about seeing black people in power.

White people didn't suffer when they upheld slavery or said that "separate is equal," which we know is total BS. White people didn't suffer when the Supreme Court struck down the core of the Voting Rights Act, on the premise that "racism is over in the South." You didn't have to worry about being left out consideration because the court already had a person of color. Even though Justice Thomas consistently "interprets" the law in ways that harm people of color. I can't force you to be open-minded, all I can do is try.

Shane Newell Since we’ve established that there is a lot of corruption in Ukraine, I will just remind you that Trump never asked Zelensky to look into “corruption.” Instead he asked him to look into “Biden” and to PUBLICLY ANNOUNCE an investigation. And Trump also BROKE THE LAW by illegally withholding the money after the government had determined they were properly fighting corruption. Domestic oil companies are sitting on millions of acres of land already leased to them and are not pumping oil because they benefit from the higher prices. And it hurts them when prices go down. Like I said before, do you actually care about being right or do you just want the easy way out by blaming Biden and the Democrats? Try googling "Why are gas prices so high".
