  2. When Reagan promised to appoint the 1st woman, not a soul was offended. Republicans cheered. Trump promised to pick a woman to replace Ruth Bader Ginsberg. Republicans cheered. But as soon as Biden said "black," Republicans thought it was the greatest insult and immediately questioned qualifications. Why is that? I'd really like to know.
