  1. Not thought police. No one was arrested to thinking the election was fraudulent. They are being charged for their actions to steal the election after being told there was no fraud.

  6. Part of the racketeering included forgery. They signed official documents saying they were the true electors. But the fake electors scheme only makes up about 20% of the charges.
