bverji The Russians didn’t “give information” on Trump colluding. What are you talking about You think that because every intelligence agency concluded that Russia meddled in the election that it’s because Russia told them so? Are you saying that the ONLY way we know Russia interfered was that Russia admitted their guilt?

Elizabeth Clover “Conspiracy” is the actual legal term crime for collusion. “Conspiracy to defraud the United States”. Obstruction is another crime of obstructing the original investigation

Moon Scar That’s because presidents don’t normally release their birth certificates or their college transcripts. People don’t normally care On the other hand, presidential candidates always release their tax returns to be transparent Btw why do we want so badly to see Obama’s college transcripts? 🤔🤔How come nobody’ asking to see Trump’s ???🤔 I haven’t seen Trump’s birth certificate 🤔🤔

Wayne M Obama’s college transcripts and birth certificate are none of your business

bverji Righhhht. Cause even the guy on the street corner can get into the FBI right. They’re totally incompetent right. They have no idea what they’re doing. Some “deep state” conspiracy to investigate all the wrong things. We might as well just get rid of the FBI. Come back and complain when you have a law degree

H E He’s not voluntarily giving them over to the public. It’s a criminal investigation in New York. Cut and dry

bverji What false information?
1
bverji What were his “impeachable offenses that were based on false information”? What “false information” are we falling for that actually came from the (unverified) Steele dossier? The assumption of Russian collusion did not come from the Steele dossier Please answer both questions
1
H E Not it’s not voluntary for him to turn over his tax returns. It’s a grand jury subpoena in a criminal investigation. Would it be voluntary if you got subpoenaed for your tax returns? Do you think you be able to sue the prosecutors to prevent them from seeing them?
1
bverji A few things wrong with your argument 1. He hasn’t been charged with anything, so how does he think he can “defend himself” from a criminal grand jury subpoena? It would be different if he had been sued, but this is a criminal investigation. 2. Clinton and Obama never faced a criminal grand jury subpoena. They faced subpoenas from Congress (like the ones Trump has flat out refused to comply with all year). Trump has no grounds to argue that he is immune from a criminal investigation in New York (unless you think he is above the law) 3. Do you have any idea what socialism is? Trump always talks about how nice Finland and Norway are, but they are prime examples of socialist countries done right

bverji 1. Firing Comey was obstruction. He admitted it to Lester Holt on national television. He also admitted it to the Russian ambassador in the Oval Office. 2. Donald Trump is enriching himself here and abroad. The emoluments clause prohibits the federal government from “granting titles of nobility, and restricts members of the government from receiving gifts, emoluments, offices or titles from foreign states and monarchies without the consent of the United States Congress.” (from Wikipedia) 3. There was a campaign violation. That is why Michael Cohen is in prison and Donald Trump is an “unindicted” co-conspirator 4. It takes at least 2 hands to count the number of people on Trump’s campaign who had undisclosed contacts with Russians dyring the campaign. That’s why Jeff Sessions had to recuse himself from the investigation (because he lied to Congress about it during his confirmation). So there was plenty of concrete evidence, just not enough to charge anyone with “conspiracy to defraud the United States” (collusion) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Links_between_Trump_associates_and_Russian_officials 5. Firing “another” FBI director looked suspicious as all hell but yes Trump had the right to do it 6. Mueller documented 11 instances of obstruction of justice in the report. That includes Trump ordering that Mueller be fired, but his staff ignored him https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mueller_Report 7. Your claim that the FISA warrants came because of the dossier is categorically false. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crossfire_Hurricane_(FBI_investigation) Also your claim that the dossier is full of false information is not based on facts https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump%E2%80%93Russia_dossier

bverji Subpoenas come from prosecutors, not the court, Mr. I Know What I’m Talking About. Also Donald Trump is not contesting the subpoena. He is suing the prosecutor, which is almost unheard of. Donald Trump is ignoring criminal subpoenas and ALL congressional subpoenas There is no such thing as a degree in “social studies”. That’s a class in high school. Lol Also, if you know that Norway and Finland are not socialist countries, then you know that it is false for you to claim that Democrats pushing for government policies like in those countries are really socialists. Government provided healthcare is not socialism.

bverji I can not understand how there are so many people willing to go to the ends of the earth to give Donald Trump the benefit of the doubt. Why? Only 40% of Republicans believe he asked Ukraine to investigate the Bidens even thought the transcript released by the White House shows that he did just that. That is the definition of living in a bubble For the next few decades, social scientists will be able to point to this exact moment as the prime example of how powerful conservative propaganda has become.

Joe Wilson What’s wrong with democratic socialism?
1
bverji If you lean liberal like you say, what is wrong with supporting Democrats? You say all they want is power, but look at what Republicans have done with the courts, and with redistricting, and with supporting Donald Trump through all his scandals just so they can stay in power. Remember what Republicans did to Obama’s Supreme Court pick? It doesn’t get worse than that, and that was all done by Republicans. All Republican power grabs. You talk about ethics. Democrats have done nothing similar (Cue the Hillary Clinton and Russia investigation conspiracy theories) And don’t get me started on the Southern Strategy and President Nixon. Dog whistles and dividing the country with white supremacy. And you say Democrats are unethical So vote Democratic if you truly are a liberal. If you don’t like the more socialist candidates, you can always vote for Joe Biden. Assuming you haven’t fallen for the conspiracy theories.

Rachel Ortiz _So what_? So he’s hiding something in his tax returns and you don’t want to find out what he’s hiding. Because it might be something bad you’ll have to defend.
1
bat32391 Because every presidential candidate releases their tax returns for transparency. Trump promised to release his years ago What if you run for president? Imagine that every president for 50 years has released their tax returns. You decide not to release them for whatever bogus reason (you’re under audit). How do you think people will react? Especially when they see you profiting off the presidency by hosting foreign officials in your hotels.
