  1. Well he definitely did commit a crime in Georgia. That was obvious as soon as we heard the recording of him asking for 11,000 more votes so the election could be "recalculated." The challenging part is proving a corrupt mindset "beyond a reasonable doubt" to get a unanimous jury verdict. He will have some of Georgia's best lawyers defending him.

  2.  @webportal6659  The case definitely exists. We all heard Trump on that phone call begging for the to give him more votes so they could "recalculate" the results. She already said they recommended more than a dozen people for prosecution. It will now be up to the prosecutors to charge the crimes they think will win in court.

  3.  @djlutz9443  I'm not a fan of Trump because he is unbelievably disrespectful to people who are not white. And I'm not white. So luckily I didn't need the liberal media to tell me to be offended. It came naturally.

  4. Paid to talk? By who? Certainly not the prosecutor. Any prosecutor would be horrified by this. She was just fascinated by the process to be part of something big and wanted her 15 minutes of fame to tell everyone about it.

  5. The Georgia state rules only say that she can't talk about deliberations between the jurors. But she can talk about what she saw and heard in the grand jury room when they saw witnesses. So technically she didn't break the rules. But they need to update the rules to prevent this from happening again. In federal grand juries, you can't talk about anything at all.

  6. This jury didn't even decide on prosecution. They just did fact finding and gave recommendations in a report. The prosecutors have to do another grand jury to do the prosecutions. And then get ANOTHER jury for the trial.

  7. Trump will have the same rights as anyone else to narrow down the jurors that sit at trial AFTER he is charged.

  9.  @webportal6659  It was not proven to be a hoax. Just because collusion wasn't proven doesn't mean an investigation wasn't warranted. After all, Trump fired the FBI director for refusing to end the investigation into Russian interference. That's what got him the special prosecutor in the first place. Because he was ACTING like a criminal. I will remind you that the special prosecutor was appointed by Trump's own Republican nominee.
