Those who go all the way to trial go to prison for a decade. Prisoner's dilemma. Sidney Powell went 1st. She only got 6 misdemeanors. Chesebro pled guilty 2nd. Since he waited, he got his charges dropped down to one felony with a sentence of probation. The longer you wait to cooperate, the worse your deal will be. That's how RICO cases work. Until eventually it's just Trump vs all the people who flipped on him.
