  1.  @tap1148  I'd say it is more likely that conservatives are being distracted because almost ALL the major conservative media outlets are owned by the same company/person. It's not just that "rich people" own the media. With conservative media, it's literally exact same person (News Corp/Rupert Murdoch). From a criticalpoint of view, that should be extremely concerning that ONE PERSON drives what conservatives give most of their attention to. But thst logic falls apart when you think that the other party is "evil". Or when you see politics as a game that provides you entertainment like some kind of sport.

  2. They're covering this because the owner is the same as the owner of Fox News. But my question is: why is it important that Hunter Biden be covered so often? Is he a public figure of any importance, or is he just a broken man who serves as entertainment to conservatives?

  3. Probabaly because this Australian news station, Sky News Australia, is owned by the same guy who owns Fox News, Rupert Murdoch. It's not an accident that you're hearing about it here when the boss is literally the same person.

  7. Isn't Sky News owned by Rupert Murdoch? Just like Fox News, the New York Post, and the Wall Street Journal. You literally have one man telling ALL conservatives worldwide what you should focus your anger and attention on. I cannot for the life of me figure out why for multiple years, Hunter Biden needs to be in the news so much. Other than the fact that Rupert Murdoch says he's someone important. Guaranteed, once Joe Biden leaves office, we will never hear about Hunter again. Just like when Benghazi was a HUGE DEAL, until Hillary lost and Republicans immediately ended the investigation without ever finding her at fault. But Rupert Murdoch says Hunter is important. So that's all we talk about. Desperate to make Biden look as corrupt as Trump. But that is impossible.

  8.  @tap1148  From what we know so far, the president's son hasn't done anything illegal. From what we know so far, his father hasn't done anything corrupt to help his son. It seems like conservative media (ahem, Rupert Murdoch) would like to hype that story because people will eat it up (have been eating it up since 2019 when Trump got impeached for holding Ukrainian security funds hostage over this story). Big money maker tabloid type news. But I've said it time and time again, Hunter Biden is a private citizen. But conservatives want to use the idea of the "possibility" of corruption to hurt Joe Biden. Tell me I'm wrong.

Hunter Biden got a job he wasn't qualified for at an energy company (probabaly because of his last name, sure).... therefore Joe Biden MUST have been paying someone. Again, in what way did Hunter Biden hurt the national interest?

And again, you have not demonstrated how this affects the national interest? You won't elaborate. On the other hand, you do seem to think that throwing out the votes of Democrats and taking power by force is in the national interest.

  13.  @fiveowaf454  Once again, you are assuming. And no, it wasn't "decades". And apparently you don't understand how the worldwide oil markets work. Biden sold oil reserves to China, which lowered prices WORLDWIDE. Notice how gas prices have been going DOWN for the past 4 weeks. Learn about the market. I'm serious, learn about the market. Selling our oil does NOT cause prices to go up. Also, you STILL have not explained what exactly Joe Biden did that was not in the national interest in order to help Hunter. Please, please elaborate or forever hold your peace.
