@mikemerk1 787 million dollars says he will be reelected legitimately.
4
Taxing actually does help correct inflation. Anything that pulls this excess money back out of the economy will help inflation to drop.
4
@b.d.walters9402 I'll prove it after you prove your accusation that the bill isn't paid for. As the accuser, the burden is on you to prove your false claim. That's how things work in America.
4
Well they spent 1 and a half years negotiating with him to get the stuff back. Then another few months battling him in court. Then another 6 months investigating. He forced it to take this long.
4
We ARE getting justice. 7 people connected to Trump have already gone to prison. I can’t believe Trump’s bad luck. Everyone connected to him is a CRIMINAL.
4
@daleemrick9816 It really doesn't matter. He defied a subpoena and lied to the FBI. He's going to prison.
4
That's true. It is scientifically proven that you cannot change a cult member's mind. They will believe what they want to believe until the day they die.
4
How about letting the people choose rather than some clunky system. It funny how Republican support for the electoral college went from mid 30s to mid 60s right after Trump got elected. What changed???
4
John McSween It’s not about “states” choosing presidents. It’s about “people” choosing presidents. You know, like common sense. You don’t see state governments setting up their own “electoral colleges” do you? No. The electoral college is broken in the 21st century. Republicans have lost EVERY presidential election since 1988 (except for 2004) yet we still ended up with Bush and Trump. Which is obviously why ONLY REPUBLICANS want to keep it. YES California and New York have more people and every one of those Americans is just as important as you. More people should have a bigger voice because more people’s lives are affected. You would rather cancel out their voices so because “the states they live in are too big.” Again, don’t leave your common sense at home.
4
John McSween California has 55 million real Americans. They matter just as much as you. By the way, there are 320 million people in the country. California doesn’t even make up 20%. Basically you want the voices of tens of millions of people to count less so swing states like Florida can have a bigger voice... because it help Republicans.
4
All 34 counts are felonies. What they didn't state was the 2nd attempted crime that was covered up that caused the 34 counts to be upgraded from misdemeanors to felonies.
4
Then why does Trump keep bringing up Obama. Every time he has a problem, he brings up Obama. Every day he calls Obama a criminal. But you're saying Obama is not allowed to say anything about Trump?
4
@Dante's Cuckferno It's simply a fact, letting yourself get exposed to Covid to strengthen your "natural immunity" is quite a big risk for something that has a good chance of putting you in the hospital. Simply put, your body is not that great at fighting off stuff it has never seen before. That's why people who catch Covid typically take several weeks to fight it off. Why would you want to take the risk of ending up in the hospital, and the risk of spreading it to your friends and family. Just to own the libs.
4
@charlesbukowski9836 Every older generation thinks the new generation is helpless and destroying the country. And yet here we are 250 years later...same country just more modern. Learn to adapt. Culture is an ever-changing force that will not stop for your comfort. Maybe you can actually try to embrace minorities and young people for their differences rather than accuse them of ruining "your" country.
4
When you're asking for political investigations that only hurt one side, that's not "looking for corruption." That is corruption. Especially given that Trump released the aid immediately after Congress found out.
4
@mansanayanaranjado Isn't parler the one for white supremacists? Just asking
4
"Hey Mr. Brad Raffensperger, I need you to find me 11,780 votes. If you don't do it, my people are going to pin the blame on you for me losing." Ahh, how right he was.
4
Robert Colvin Two Trump cabinet members were already held in contempt this year . The stonewalling of the Trump administration is unprecedented. They have refused to turn over ANYTHING since Democrats won the House. Hence obstruction of justice being considered for an article of impeachment.
4
No, Democrats did not change the rules on Supreme Court judges. Republicans did that when Trump first entered office. To say otherwise is a blatant lie.
4
It was a recording. What difference does it make what news organization released it? Spin, spin, and more spin.
4
A majority of the country supports removal from office. Less than half of Republicans are confident the president did nothing impeachable
4
Why Donald Trump should be impeached. He: 1. held up funds directed by Congress 2. to push a for a public investigation into his political opponents 3. To help him win an election 1 is corrupt, 2 is corrupt and illegal, 3 is impeachable. In essence, he used his powers as president to try to cheat to stay in power. And Republicans don’t care. And to think Clinton got impeached for lying about an affair
4
@BelleEFlopp-nk5xe LOL. Sure thing
4
Everyone has been covering this for days. I don't get why Fox News always claims the mainstream media doesn't cover stuff. They do cover it! It's just Fox's whole MO is to make you not trust anyone but them....so they can profit off of you and become "America's most watched cable news station"
4
How do you hold a country with nuclear weapons accountable? Trump's tariffs are still in effect. What more can we do than shame them?
4
Biden never called anyone super predators. Someone else said that. Just because you keep hearing that doesn't make it true. I invite you to prove me wrong.
4
Really? What would he be “guilty” of? He doesn’t want to answer questions because everything not classified is available in the report. It’s on the internet. You can google Mueller Report and read it. Not everyone in the government is corrupt just because Donald Trump fired the FBI director to end the investigation, which caused Mueller to be appointed.
4
Actually there is a rule against Barr taking any action before an election that might affect the outcome. It'd be nice if Comey had followed the same rule. Hillary never would have lost because of her emails. Seems like Republicans only win when someone breaks the rules.
4
@aBoughtLemon Maybe among the people you know Trump was more popular than Obama. But at no point in his entire presidency was Donald Trump ever more popular overall than Obama. EVER. Even with a strong economy. But you're bound to get caught off guard when you spend 4 years dismissing any news you don't like as fake news.
4
@skeeter2653 They seem to have very little idea of how their "interpretation" of that racist 3/5 compromise Constitution affects black people. To think we had to amend the Constitution to ban slavery, and the Supreme Court allowed school segregation, but we assume their "interpretation" is just.
4
Because the Constitution doesn't actually mention most of the things we argue over. It's the job of judges to literally just make stuff up and write us an explanation about how they came to their conclusions. Both right-wing and left-wing judges.
3
I keep trying to convince myself that Fox News viewers aren't racist. But almost everyone they pick a fight with is either a person of color or people supporting people of color. Attacking Kamala for meeting with the wife of the former mayor of D.C. Really?
3
@In CogNito "Process crime" still has the word "crime" in it if I'm not mistaken. It's hard to carry out law enforcement there are no consequences for lying. And it's not like Roger Stone lied to law enforcement by accident. He did it to protect Trump. Today's conservatives are ALWAYS trying to minimize and justify breaking the law. Why? It is UNBELIEVABLE how much the "rule of law" party has changed since Trump took over.
3
Mark A, Liberto Exactly! It’s because it’s easier to complain and spread conspiracy theories about the “deep state” to rile up their base when the law is not on their side.
3
He’s not up until 2024 when Trump will already be out of office or on his way out 😂
3
@lao5960 The laptop contents are already public information. What exactpy do you think Hunter should be charged with?
3
Does it really matter. Why do you worry about things that don’t affect your life
3
itsmemuffins Trump: “I would like you to do us a favor though” “I would like you to do us a favor though” “I would like you to do us a favor though” Investigate a US citizen (my political opponent) What if Obama had asked China to investigate Trump when Trump was running for office. Wouldn’t Republicans impeach?
3
Richard Raine Trump: “I would like you to do us a favor though” “I would like you to do us a favor though” “I would like you to do us a favor though” Investigate a US citizen (my political opponent) What if Obama had asked China to investigate Trump when Trump was running for office. 3
@JohnDoe-ew3xt Something you'll be delighted to know. About 55 percent of of Americans want to see Trump prosecuted. About 40 percent do not.
3
We're better off than we were in Trump's last year. And the lingering effects of inflation will have dissipated by the time we get to the 2024 election.
3
@Cherryswitch No one said he is guilty of espionage. But he was charged under one of the offenses in the Espionage Act. Most prosecutions over classified docs are charged under the Espionage Act. So the authorities are simply being consistent and treating Trump like any other offender who refused to return classified docs.
3
So true
3
No they don't. Because this bill actually lowers costs for consumers.
3
@nathaniellathy6559 No I have not been bamboozled. I realize this is primarily an energy and healthcare bill. Lowers costs in those sectors. Paid for by closing loopholes that allow mega corporations to dodge paying taxes. Also reduces the deficit (normally a huge priority for Republicans when they are not in power). It is FAIR, lowers the deficit, and it lowers costs for most Americans. Which is why most Americans believe it should pass. The only reason I can think of for you opposing it is because Democrats are the ones who proposed it.
3
@jstorm5384 Wow, Trump did something not racist! He promoted a black guy. Just before the election! I wonder if maybe we should forgive him for all the racist stuff now since we're setting the bar that low.
3
@milkey1 So what would you propose for good news about Trump in the past few months? Him defending the confederate flag and "our heritage"? That the virus is about to disappear just like he said? Seriously, rather than complaining, what good news about Trump would you recommend?
3
Seth Aaron Its not incorrect. There have been studies done. Also we're not talking about primaries. In general presidential debates don't make much of a difference. Once in a while they do, but in general they don't. Just look at Trump and Hillary. Hillary was 3 points ahead before the debates and she won the election by 2 points (even though Trump was saved by the electoral college).
3
I can’t believe Trump’s bad luck. Everyone connected to him is a CRIMINAL
