I think the question is: Would the attack have happened if it weren't for Trump telling his supporters that the election was stolen from him? Yes or no?

@kerryappleton8067 Well their oaths were mistaken. According to the Supreme Court and 60+ other courts in different swing states. We must follow the constitution. If you have a dispute, you take it to the courts. If you lose in court, it's over. Not stolen. 100% legal. In this country, we accept elections and court decisions whether we like the result or not. Democrats dealt with it in 2000 and in 2016 and so can you.
