@lycanthrope8979 The judge in Florida is the only person in America who acts like she believes special prosecutors are illegal. Almost every lawyer on planet earth knows her ruling was ridiculous. So does she. But she is commited to the cause.

@lycanthrope8979 It did not expire. The statute for special counsels was written 2 decades ago does not have an expiration date. And no, Jack Smith did not skip any process or procedure. He was appointed by AG Merrick Garland. The 'lawyers' I refer to include every lawyer, judge, and Supreme Court Justice aside from judges Cannon and Clarence Thomas. Of course now everyone with something to gain is going to pretend they "knew it was illegal the whole time." While at the same time cheering on the special prosecutors Merrick Garland appointed to investigate Hunter and Joe Biden. If Trump is off the hook, Hunter Biden is equally off the hook. Can't have it both ways.

@andycanhands6586 Why should they stop? Crime doesn't stop being prosecuted just people some people like the defendant.

@lycanthrope8979 No, it did not expire, the statute was renewed 2 decades ago. And no, Jack Smith did not skip any process or procedure. He was appointed by AG Merrick Garland. Of course everyone on the political right is now going to act like they "knew it was illegal the whole time." While at the same time they are cheering on the also illegal appointed special prosecutors appointed to investigate Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. Always the nonsensical double standards. When you're committed to the cause.

@lycanthrope8979 All that to say that I'm right. Republicans cannot have it both ways. Want Biden prosecuted for tax an gun charges while Trump gets off for stealing national secrets and hiding them in the bathroom.

@lycanthrope8979 I'm not missing the point. Trump cannot be off the hook for stealing national secrets while Hunter Biden gets convicted of smaller charges under the same regulations that are apparently "illegal". Doesn't matter the jurisdiction.
