@toddsalkowski448 According to a Fox News court document to defend Tucker against a defamation lawsuit, no reasonable person would belive that Tucker is telling the truth. They won the case using that argument. So please tell me why you think Tucker is truthful when even his employer says that a reasonable person would not take what he says as fact.

@egobrain6826 The Constitution means whatever a judge wants it to mean. If you've ever read any portion of it, you'll know that most issues we fight over are not explicitly mentioned in the Constitution. Which means our judges are trying reach back in time and read our dead founders' thoughts on the matter at hand when they "interpret" the document. That's why the Founders left room for Amendments to the Constitution so we can adapt to the times. But we fight so much we can't even do that.

@treeherder2201 Yes Navarro did admit to plotting to overthrow the election. He did three extended interviews with MSNBC host Ari Melber in the past couple months and confessed to the plan on live TV: the Green Bay Sweep he called it. It was so ridiculous that Ari had to ask Navarro a few days ago if he knew that prosecutors could hear him confessing on television. Lol. Navarro was literally arrested the next day for refusing to tell Congress what he so openly told America on national TV on three different occasions as well as in his book.
