@connieeurich8411 Fox is the new CNN because they're not far-right enough for you. Tucker Carlson isn't even a news host. He spends 1 hour per night fighting culture wars against immaginary "globalists" who want to "take away your freedoms." You get to spend 1 hour per night getting more angry at the world. Then once you get angry enough, you can go invade the Capitol or something.

@cindym4001 I know it's so weird how Democrats used to be against everything black people wanted, but now they support most policies black people want. It's almost like the composition of the parties switched back in the 60s when Nixon ran on the Southern Strategy. 🤫 Don't tell Republicans that they missed a few history lessons. They need to be able to justify being anti-civil rights in 2021.

Yes it is the taxpayers money, but all that money ends up going right back to the taxpayers through the programs paid for by those taxes. So it all works out in the end.

Chris Wallace is just asking logical questions. The new Joe Manchin bill is totally reasonable. It doesn't include any of the stuff Lindsey Graham objects to except for stopping unfair Republican gerrymandering. Republicans want to maintain minority rule in a country that prefers Democrats, and they are upset Democrats are trying to stop them.

Since we'retalking about the constitution, it's also highly unconstitutional to ignore the courts and try to overturn a presidential election. Have you even read the Constitution? You don't get to interpret what might or might not be unconstitutional, but then ignore what is OBVIOUSLY unconstitutional.

Lindsey is just 1 senator out of 100. What do you expect him to "get done"

How is Lindswy Graham a present Republican. He doesn't support a single policy pushed by Democrats.

@TheBullDurham What? He took Trump's side on just about everything. What more do you want from him?

@TheBullDurham This is why we call Republicans extremists. Even the most right-wing Trump loyalists are still not doing enough in your view. You are seriously willing to go to any extreme in the pursuit of power.

It's not a Democrat "extortion" to threaten to rule by majority. They technically don't need to work with Republicans at all, but they are CHOOSING to. When did that ever happen during the Trump administration? NEVER. Not even an attempt to be bipartisan. Republicans tried to strip health insurance from 30 million people just because they could.

We won't spend into the poor house. All that spending goes right back into the economy. And most of the debt is held by bond holders in the US (such as your 401k plan). We will be fine. It's funny how conservatives are so concerned about spending now, but it wasn't a problem when Trump broke all kinds of records on debt and spending.

@silverwitch1 The problem is that Jeff Bezos holds all his wealth in Amazon stock, not cash. He would have to sell off all his shares of his own company to fund infrastructure. Would it be right to force him to do that? But we definitely should close tax loopholes for billionaires. Seems like the only thing in the way is Republicans.

Almost every government in the world spends money they don't have. As long the economy keeps growing in the future, the benefits usually outweigh the risks. Even China spends tons of money the don't have, and look how fast it helps them grow.
