@im2tweaked 60 percent think the raid on his home was justified.

@JohnDoe-ew3xt Something you'll be delighted to know. About 55 percent of of Americans want to see Trump prosecuted. About 40 percent do not.

It took them so long because they spent 18 months giving negotiating with Trump amd giving him special treatment. Then he defied a criminal subpoena and deceived them, so their patience finally ran out.

Well yeah, that's kind of important to not get impeached. It's meant to prevent people from abusing the power of their office

@im2tweaked No I do not believe that. I'm fully aware that less than 40 percent of Democrats want Biden to run again. I don't cherrypick polls like you do. I don't call them fake if I don't like what they say. I encourage my side to do a better job. 55 percent of Americans want Trump prosecuted. Also 60 percent do not want Biden to run again. Both of those things can be true.

@JohnDoe-ew3xt Please explain to me how stealing government documents and defying a grand jury subpoena to return "ALL items with classification markings" is not a crime? That is textbook obstruction of justice. Look it up. Queue the whataboutism....
1
@im2tweaked The poll is from Quinnepiac and the New York Post. Most Americans want Trump prosecuted. And 60 percent think the raid on his home was justified
1
@im2tweaked I believe the 3 crimes listed in the search warrant were 1. Willful removal or dissemination of national defense information (NDI) - 10 years 2. Removal, mutilation, or destruction of government documents - 3 years 3. Obstruction of justice (he lied and deceived them after receiving a grand jury subpoena earlier this year when he told them he had returned everything. They found some documents in his desk drawer next to his passports) - 20 years He broke all three

Jac Daniels Well Trump did break the law. Defying a grand jury subpoena and deceiving the FBI by falsely telling them in writng that he turned over ALL of the documents is obstruction of justice. A felony offense with a penalty of 20 years How is it you think everyone else is corrupt, but Trump commits a felony and you do NOT think he's corrupt?
1
Jac Daniels And it also explains why Republicans want to illegally overturn elections they lose and get rid of democracy. Most Americans do not agree with Republican views on things, but Republicans have decided that they will force them to comply anyway.
1
@im2tweaked Wow. I've never seen someone so upset by polls results. Lashing out because of a poll. Reminds me of how Republicans went wild with anger when Biden called you "semi-fascist" for taking away people's rights and trying to illegally overturn elections. Yet Republicans have spent years calling us communists and we just shrug it off. You can certainly dish it out but you can't take it. Anyway, the poll was from August 25-29 published August 31. Take a chill pill. Seriously.
1
It depends. Is RINO the definition for someone who doesn't protect Trump when he commits crime?
1
We have one president at a time

How do you purge someone with an agenda? In the real world, you can't actually fire people for holding opinions you disagree with.
1
It's not that Dems are playing hard ball. It's that Republicans keeep committing crime and the administration prosecuting them for their crime happens to be run by Democrats. If Republicans stop committing crime, they won't have to face negative consequences like FBI searches and having phones seized. Stop committing crime!
