You don't get to follow the Constitution only when you feel like it (aka 1st and 2nd Amendment). And maybe tell Trump to find some better lawyers so he doesn't get 60+ cases thrown out (10 by his own judges).

Trump had an even lower approval rating than Biden has today, so I highly doubt it will be worse. But anything's possible. The main point is let Democrats win or lose on their merits. Stop trying to throw their votes in the garbage every time you don't like the results. You can't love your country only when you win.

  43.  @SB-jn8cw  Its true that most cases were thrown out. But, if you've ever watched ANY court case before, that's how the court system works in this country. A case is not taken if there is not a REASONABLE chance of you winning. Otherwise it's a huge waste of time in an already overloaded court docket. The judge looks at the evidence from both sides and decides if it is worth the time and expense doing a full trial. 60+ judges (including the US Supreme Court) decided to throw out the cases because the evidence wasn't strong enough. A few judges did allow cases to proceed to trial and Trump's lawyers STILL lost after wasting everyone's time.
