@lao5960 Republicans all out there complaining about crime while at the same time literally rooting for their politicians to commit crime.

He sold his soul by caring about the rule of law? So what does that say about you?

@lao5960 The laptop contents are already public information. What exactpy do you think Hunter should be charged with?

@howtheheckru8102 So true! It's not about the rule of law. It's is and always has been about protecting Trump. They NEED him like an addict.

I have a good paying job and pay taxes. I do not love Trump. In fact, now that Trump is in the news again, most polls show Biden pulling ahead of him again (obviously you are going to call those polls fake and most MAGA people do). The more people see Trump, the more they are reminded of why they don't like him.

Funny how the only people who think Hunter should be prosecuted are people who are not lawyers. Among those with a legal education, both Republicans and Democrats see nothing there but something to rile up the MAGA crowd.

Cell phones and computers had not been subpoenaed. The 33,000 emails were technician error. He was supposed to set to "delete after 60 days." He forgot. When he received the subpoena, he had an an "OH SH*T" moment and deleted the old emails on the spot. That's why Hillary's case is different. She did NOT order those emails to be deleted after the subpoena.

Actually they CAN prove intent. The fact that they tried for 18 months to get the documents back, had to send him a criminal grand jury subpoena, and Donald Trump and his lawyers STILL deceived the FBI by swearing in writing that they had turned everything over. He still had top secret/sci documents in his desk drawer, in his bedroom, and in his basement. A lie like that is felony obstruction of justice. That is intent. Hillary turned her entire server over to the FBI. See the difference?

Why would Trump declassify our nation's closest secrets? That almost sounds WORSE than the fact that he took them

Fox is supposed to be "fair and balanced." I don't understand why their viewers get so upset from hearing the other side of the argument when they say they are looking for unbiased information.

@_Cetarial Well yeah I would say it's convenient to care when national security is at stake. And obatruction fo justice. Did Republicans overnight become the party that is pro-crime and anti-national security?
1
It's not difficult to show intent. They sent him a criminal grand jury subpoena back in May. He deceived them and only sent 25% of what he had while swearing in writing that he gave them ALL of it. Some of it they found in his desk drawer next to his passports That is a textbook example of intent and thinking you're above the law. Defying a criminal subpoena is obstruction of justice. Which has a sentence of up to 20 years. And that's BEFORE we get to the part about him stealing national secrets.

@alexgordon8780 If you disagree with Trump you are a traitor. Trump is true religion. Almost like crack

What makes you think Biden can't beat Trump? He already beat him 51 percent to 47 percent back in 2020.

Everyone who doesn't help trump is corrupt. There is no room for personal opinion in the Republican Party
