  1.  @Al-gv5uw  There is nothing unusual about her hypothetical questions. This is what appeals court and Supreme Court judges do. The judges are trying to better understand the arguments the lawyers already made on paper. If you listen to the other judges, they ask very similar-sounding questions. Not that you care. You came here specifically to hate on Judge Jackson.

  2. My oh my, Republicans love to chop up quotes from Hillary. Of course it sounds bad when you only hear the first half of the sentence and run with your conclusions. Maybe try listening to the entire quote, you will sound more informed.

  3. That is very true. Thomas only had 2 years of experience as a judge before being appointed by Bush Sr. as a slap in the face to the supporters of Thurgood Marshall, the first black Justice. Conservatives love nothing more than a black person who will go out of their way to harm other black people. Ketanji, on the other hand, was more qualified than half the judges on this court when she was appointed. But conservatives gonna hate. Conservatives just don't like black people unless they're working to harm other black people.
