It's not that he doesn't want to be misunderstood about his legal views. He doesn't want to be seen in the history books as an anti-vaxxer or a conspiracy theorist.

@Thekoryosmenstribepodcast Nobody cares about Soros. Why is he always the boogeyman conservatives go to when they need to explain something? Maybe I should start blaming everything bad that happens in the world on conservative billionaires. Just to balance it out. No evidence required.

The ingredients are not "secret". I was able to find them out in a google search 6 months ago. Which means you could have too. Now if you don't "understand" the ingredients, that probably because you are not a chemist or a microbiologist.

@Taime88 A regulation is a mandate OSHA isn't surrendering its authority to the government. It is a part of the government. It's inside the Labor Department. No it does not violate the patient's consent, since you are allowed to take a weekly covid test instead of the vaccine. You have options. Finally, no Biden is not a doctor. But obviously he has epidemiologists (public health doctors) working for him that recommended this. The law says OSHA (part of the government) SHALL pass regulations that protect workers. Undergo a weekly test or get the vaccine.

@slickrick412 Patriots ... blah, blah, blah. 15 years ago conservatives said you were only a patriot if you supported Bush and the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Now suddenly the same people say that support for Bush OR Obama means you're unpatriotic. If being a patriot means you must ONLY support a twice-impeached defeated former president then I guess I just won't be a patriot. Almost like a curse word in that case.

@waiting4thegroom517 There are no SECRETS. The ingredients are publicly available information, just like with any other medication. You can literally google the ingredients.

@hieithegreat First of all, how do you know the ingredients aren't included? Can you not ask for them from the pharmacist who gives you the shot? But more importantly, why is it such a challenge for you or anybody else, in 2022, to Google something you want to know? You're on YouTube (a Google product) right now. So clearly you have internet access.

@hieithegreat Pretty sure it's not in the pharmacist's job description to memorize the ingredients of the medications they dispense. I would know since I used to work in a pharmacy. Their job is to know the side effects and any drug interactions, not the ingredients list. And for another matter, I'm pretty sure that you yourself don't read the ingredients list of every medication you take. But since you apparently looked up the ingredients yourself, which ones are the lethal ones? I'd like to know.

@Taime88 The OSHA act says that the government SHALL pass regulations to ensure workplace safety. Clearly Biden's mandate passes that test. But Alito is concerned that you can't deactivate your vaccination status when you leave the workplace. Interesting argument. I guess there won't be any mandates until they come up with vaccine that only protects you while you're at the workplace.

@Taime88 No you cannot opt out of testing for Covid. Its not a medical procedure. That's the whole point of it being an alternative to vaccination. At this point you're just being difficult out of spite.

Michael P When the fate of a law or regulation is in your hands, you can think about it however you want. The law says OSHA (inside the Labor Department) SHALL pass regulations protecting workplace safety. But since you can't turn off your vaccination status, I guess OSHA's regulation is now unconstitutional, if Alito wants it to be. Alito could prioritize public health, or he could prioritize personal freedom. There better not be anyone questioning Biden when he fails to stop the pandemic. Can't say he didn't try.

@juliemarshall4136 Very unlikely for a boosted person to catch Covid. And just because it happens some of the time does not make it a regular occurrence. You are grossly overestimating how many boosted people catch the virus in order to justify not getting the vaccine yourself. Basically, you're hearing what you want to hear and tossing out the rest.

@eedd sdsd If OSHA is unconstitutional, why did Nixon sign it into law? And why is the Supreme Court only focusing on Biden's use of the Nixon law rather than calling the law itself unconstitutional?

Biden did run on ending the pandemic. How else is he supposed to stop the virus? Can you think of a better way to end the pandemic when 30% percent of adults refuse to be vaccinated? Catching the disease to get immunity is something I've heard. But that seems counterproductive.
