  2. I'm a Democrat, and to me I could care less about leverage. To me it's about accountability. If you lie about someone in public, you should pay. Just that simple. I presume Fox will be much more careful the next time they are reporting on an election.

  3. I'm trying to figure out why you think TV ratings have anything to with this lawsuit? Having a large audience does not make you immune to the law. Fox News lied about Smartmatic switching votes. They deleted all the false stories when they realized they could be sued, but it was already to late. Now Smartmatic has decided they would like to wreck Fox News to return the favor.
