Find me any country on the planet that has a balanced budget. My guess is you will have a hard time. Unlike a household, it is generally good economics to use debt to finance things in a country. It helps increase the pace of economic growth. As long as the economy grows faster than the debt, everything will be fine. But since we're so concerned about the national debt all of a sudden, maybe the GOP shouldn't keep cutting taxes and increasing spending when they are in power, only to reverse course and care about a "balanced budget" only when a Democrat wants to grow the economy. 25% of the total debt came from just 4 years of Trump. 25 PERCENT!! Trump had the MOST UNBALANCED budget in history. And not a peep from Republicans about DEBT until Biden entered office.

@JoePrink Of course I'm blaming Trump. Because he caused it. You're trying to blame Biden. He didn't cause it. Put the blame where it's due. Common sense. Also, Russia DID interfere with the election to help the cult leader, as hard as that is for you to accept. Maybe stop being so defensive when information makes your brain hurt.

If MAGA was a good thing for ALL Americans, Americans would not have voted for the Democrat in 2016 and 2020. And Republicans would not feel the need to make up stories about the 2020 election and play down their party's support for violence.
