@michaelgrove7463 What are you talking about? These were leaders of the Proud Boys including the National Chairman Tarrio. Also, how have they been treated unfairly? They planned for months to disrupt the transition by force.

@michaelgrove7463 The thing about a conspiracy is you only have to be part of the planning in order to be convicted of it. Tarrio conspired (planned) with others to violently interfere with the peaceful transfer of power. That is seditious conspiracy. Nowhere in the law does it say he had to physically be there. Just that he was part of the conspiracy and planning. Leaders aren't let off the hook just because the pawns committed the actual crime.

@michaelgrove7463 No one was in jail for 2 years without charges. That is categorically false. What you meant to say was they are in jail pending trial because they either could not afford bail or the judge denied them bail.

@michaelgrove7463 Actually Dominic was not held without charges. He was indicted Jan 29, 2021, just weeks after the riot. The judge ordered that he be held without bail. I was able to look that up in less than 30 seconds.
