A lot of these questions have in fact been answered already. But the answers were stuff you didn't want to hear. So you're waiting for some alternative facts to come out.

@j_fley6702 Trump can't be sued for what he did while carrying out the duties of the president either. But inciting an insurrection to stay in power falls outside of normal presidential duties.

Countersuit? For what? Every lawsuit I've seen Trump file since he ran for president has been thrown out for being frivolous and full of conspiracy theories. Every single one. The last one that got thrown out, the judge fined him and his lawyer $1 million for wasting everyone's time and money. And Giuliani had his law license suspended for filing all those frivolous lawsuits after the 2020 election.

@lpmoron6258 I can guarantee you never actually heard a Democratic politician call for rioting in the streets in the summer of 2020. In fact, most like myself were extremely irritated by the rioting because it was distracting from the racial justice message.

Forbes always makes videos impossible to watch when it shows Republicans in a bad light. They have actual reporters but I have to spend 3 minutes reading subtitles 😂

Who exactly are you gonna sue? I think you will find it quite difficult locating any video evidence of Democratic politicians actually calling for riots. In fact, most of them were irritated by the rioting because it was distracting from the racial justice message.

You don't have to believe me. Just look it up here on YouTube. See if you can find a single video anywhere of a Democratic politician rooting for the rioters. But I can guarantee you will find dozens of videos with Democrats criticizing the rioters. Because rioters allow people out there who might have a little racism in them to focus their attention on the riots instead of the police brutality.
