Dominon will probably end up buying Fox News and shutting it down after this lawsuit. Fox just keeps looking for every way possible to be the villain in this story.

No other news stations do not get away with this stuff. If I had a dollar for every time I heard a conservative say "well everyone else does it too" when they get caught doing something illegal or unethical. I'd be a billionaire.

Why do Republicans always attack judges and prosecutors when they get caught being unethical or corrupt? Almost like the mob. Why not just stop being unethical and corrupt?

@joecancer6013 I know exactly why I hate Trump. Because he spawned the anti-diversity, anti-democracy, violent, MAGA insurrectionist, gun obsessed, government hating, conspiracy-addled Republican Party we have today that tries to force their religious beliefs on the rest of us.

@AT-kt4wy You can find links to the court filings by googling them or by clicking on a link to them in one of the many articles written about this lawsuit. Usually the filings are pretty long, so be prepared to use some CTRL + F to find what you're looking for.

@lindaselander9602 Countersued for what? Dominion didn't do anything wrong. Yet Fox came and destroyed their reputation because it was good for ratings to say the election was stolen. Fox needs to be punished extra harshly for this.

Actually Dominion did give the code to Fox's analysts. Fox couldn't find any way for it to switch votes. Source: the court filings. Look them up.

@Andy-ov9qd When CNN and MSNBC decide to spend 3 months telling their viewers lies that they KNOW are lies, because it's more profitable and keeps the viewers happy, then I hope they face consequences too. But until then, Fox needs to be punished. Think of all the millions of conservatives who no longer trust our voting systems. And all the new restrictions on voting passed into law. All because of Fox. They deserve to be punished. Harshly.
