  1. The judges appointed by Republicans were no different. They didn't answer questions either. It's just the judges nominated by Republicans "interpret" the constitution in a way that takes us backward and Democrats in a way that takes us forward. Even though most of the stuff judges rule on is never even mentioned in the Constitution.
