  1. Why are Republicans always bringing up crime in Chicago? Poor communities have crime....so the poor communities in Chicago have crime. Okay. So why are you battering Dick Durbin over it? It seems like the solution would be to get rid of the poverty on Chicago's south side.

  2.  @edwardroecker6015  You don't send in the national guard to stop gun crime. The key is to get rid of poverty in the area. Do you have any productive ideas other than complaining about a problem that doesn't affect you?

  3.  @AJ-is5ut  Almost ALL major cities are majority Democrat. So your generalization that it's only "Democrat cities" with crime problems is ridiculous. There are no "Republican cities" to compare to. Cities have more crime because there are MORE PEOPLE. And poverty contributes to crime.

If there is ever a city built that is only Republican, then it would make sense to compare how different parties run cities. But there are no Republican cities. But if you want to play that game, how come Republican areas have so much suicide? Seems like Republicans are causing more suicide 🤔 Either come up with a solution to crime we haven't tried or stop complaining.
