  1. ​ @freeintx8285  He was hit with a default judgment - not a summary judgment. He lost by default for failing to comply with discovery requirements. He is a lawyer. The most basic thing you can do is comply with discovery. Also, he admitted in court back in the summer to defaming them. He just thought he shouldn't have to face consequences for it.

So we will go with what he said in court under penalty of perjury. That he lied. Also, no they are not on video cheating. You and Giuliani intentionally misinterpreted the video. Which is why Giuliani is now liable for $148 million and is being prosecuted under RICO.   3. I noticed that MAGA nation keeps facing consequences for lying. Fox, Giuliani, Mike Lindell, Trump, Newsmax, OANN. So if/when a Democrat decides to defame you based on a lie, feel free to sue them.
