This man never changed his prices just so he could be able to feed the kids in the community, what a stand up guy. I hope nothing but good things comes his way

@dancox4495 it's commending that somebody is taking care of the urban youth. May not have the power to fix Flint's water problem or other issues within the economy but this man is doing what he can to help the community and I applaud him.

I agree if it was a regular product sure, but limited edition items that can sell for way more if they’re in mint condition I understand, anything can break or lose value, I’m siding with the Shopkeeper; however could this of been handled differently? Most definitely

Man I'm Cambodian American I'd love to go back and live there
6
@JamieR1988 black kids out here getting shot and harassed and even killed just for being in their own homes. Im sure this man serves all kids but it's good that someone is looking out for kids, especially non Caucasian kids
6
@laurasanchez7105 these kids support local business and the man serves food to the community. If you can put $5 and make it go a long way that's great for you

John paul Cabieses so be realistic who else is looking out for them? Minority communities are some of the hardest hit right now during COVID 19, nobody cares about these areas so might as well as look out for each other within their own community

@paxhumana2015 please go back and re-read the Bible front to back and reeducate yourself on teachings of the Bible if this is the path you are going to take. Cleary you missed a few pages Im not going to get involved with your bigotry

Because this was what Hong Kong was afraid of when the handover happened in 1997. Hong Kong’s freedoms were limited by the CCP as the mainland wanted to turn Hong Kong into another Chinese city and create a new Asian hub in either Shanghai or Shenzhen. The protest were to protect these freedoms. Not arguing but just please just do research before blindly choosing sides

@PgLangGang it’s amazing how this was originally a post to commend the man and his actions yet ignorance seems to have taken over this thread

At first I believed it because of the CCTV footage but after seeing the camera recording him getting into the truck and while in the truck just made it seem staged. None of the less I appreciate the effots of these brave men!

Nobody lol you comparing a giant corporation to a man who single handedly gets up early to cook the food and post up in the hood to sell to underprivileged kids? You’re what’s wrong with this world lol
2
Can't truly comment since I do not really know much except that they release albums, movies and tour the mainland so I'm sure they're doing well. Hong Kong comedic legend Stephen Chow also jumped ship. The only Hong Kong actor/legend that I can truly think of that still supports Hong Kong 100% is Chow Yun Fat. He gave up $$ making mainland films to suppot Hong Kong

@elijohansen6651 I mean if there’s white kids living there too I’m sure he got them as well, however statically that’s neighborhood seems to be predominantly black
2
@Hill Climber it’s a $2 burger in the hood? What do you expect a gourmet establishment?
2
This was a comment I made a year ago to commend a man for making burgers IN THE HOOD, and serving / feeding and providing for his community. Some of ya'll just hateful, selfish and so ignorant. The man's is doing something which is more than what most people do in their day to day.
2
@laurasanchez7105 it's for the kids, they ARE smart, face it if you were 12 after school would you go to the store and buy burger patties and make them or would you rather walk around after school with your friends and just munch on some $2 burgers? I understand yes it would be cheaper but they're kids, I wouldn't say they aren't smart . Let them enjoy their burgers

We still do it in SouthEast Asia by hand

@russellzauner haha I’m from the US and I barely know about Toby Keith ( not so much a country fan ) but I’ve been to his restaurant and bar lol. The 4HK are pretty much labeled that because they dominated the HK entertainment in music and movies for most of the 80s and 90s the 4 pretty much made Hong Kong known. Pretty cool

@southcentralpark2545 and good for him

Yang is the people's choice, the media doesn't want him to be, look at the grass movement, look at the comments, we all want Yang
