  3.  @sal5604  no actually that's the banks job to tell you how much you have in your account, it's supposed to keep track of it not you. My Bank uses and app so I can check balance, move money around and set up payments and it keeps track of those payments and who they go to. That's how banks are supposed to be , no over draft fees and easy access to your account but a lot of banks aren't like that because it's not profitable so they find ways to screw over the consumers to make record profits and these banks have been sued for it and had to pay hefty fines. Hell they caused the 2008 crash because of their predatory behavior. So my point is people make mistakes and forget a charge was coming in and it's the banks job to make sure if the client doesn't have the money in the account to cover it than that charge should be denied or do what my bank does and gives you $20 or more spot me that you just pay back on your next direct deposit but once you spend that spot me the bank stops any other transactions from going through.

It happens and it's just pathetic for you to denigrate other people for it. You just come off snobby and elitist. My bank allows a spot me of $20 because i do direct deposit, so once I spend that extra $20 the bank stop any further transactions. So why can't all banks just do that instead of allowing people to overdraft so that they can make a shit ton of profit while fcking over their clients?

  23. Under the Obama administration more regulations were put on banks and credit card companies lowering fees. Dodd Frank and the consumer protection act was also passed under the Obama administration so try again.
