  1. Ugh, the "At least they responded" feeling is all too familiar. Between work, kids, and the looming threat of AI taking over, I've been using an AI tool that listens to my interviews and generates answers in real-time. If they can use AI to replace us, I can use it to get hired.

  2. Your experience is unfortunately very common. The hiring process is broken and it's impacting everyone. I even used an AI tool to help me in my last interviews, to help me answer the trivia questions that I forgot years ago and don't use in my job. It's ridiculous. edit: for people who are asking the service called interviewhammer

  4. "10x engineer," huh? I used an AI tool in my last interviews, just to give them what they wanted. Call it cheating, call it leveling the playing field – I call it survival in this crazy industry. Besides, I use AI in my day-to-day work anyway.
