  1. If Russia has >600,000 personnel in Ukraine, then they must be pretty ineffective, as they're barely taking ground against a far smaller Ukrainian defence.

  2.  @irdorath356  No, I wouldn't because they don't release those numbers to all & sundry. It's known however, roughly how many active personnel Ukraine had prior to Putin's imperialist invasion & the capacity of AFU to train is fairly easy to estimate, along with international training efforts.
