Considering that Vote Leave told lies, cheated, and employed a slick tech company to manipulate the electorate through social media I think it's absolutely essential that we vote again. Won't happen but at the moment it's like watching a train wreck in slow-mo.

@imdbist . Sorry but your ideological arguments mean nothing to me. All politics is a matter of delegation, and I see no real difference between the mandarins in Brussels and those in Whitehall. The truth is that I can't think of any EU legislation that I fiercely oppose. But Universal Discredit and the treatment of Windrush immigrants I find utterly unacceptable. Brexit is just a practical matter to me. And it's practically dumb in truth.

@imdbist . Be specific. And the only point in question here is the referendum. How would people have voted had they known that Turkey would not be joining the EU? That the NHS would not get a dime? That Brexit would come with a drop in their standard of living. The whole thing's a con and the truth is obvious now.

@imdbist . I don't know how old you are but I remember the 70s very well, I left school in 73. And the UK was a weak and grey country back then. Mums were making meals out of leftovers and owning a house was simply beyond most people. But by the mid 80s things had noticeably improved. So perhaps Heath got it right after all. I have no wish to see our country returned to greyness. Do you?

@MaSsiVeGaming1 . Why would you vote to be poorer? And the EU is not dying. In fact they've just signed a trade deal with Japan.
