  3. Why resort to insults? dab makes a perfectly fair point. And the nature of debate is to offer arguments and opinions. Some are more transparent than others though. It always comes down to angle and ideology. Some look for the truth while others do everything they can to bury it. They must have something to hide I guess.

  4. I'm British, but I voted remain in the referendum. I just didn't trust Farage, and still don't. I wouldn't be the least surprised if he also had connections to this despicable company. We could go on forever about our beliefs, but the question still remains. Was the democratic process in the USA and UK influenced by an outside force?

  5. Odd how certain people spout endless conspiracy bile, yet go into denial mode when something of substance is revealed. Cambridge Analytica have certainly been up to something.

  6. But it's subliminal. It plants memes in our mind, like seeds that feed on BS and propaganda. Both the US election and the UK Brexit referendum were very close votes. Only a percentage of people need to be influenced to alter the outcome. What if it's true? What if the democratic process in both countries has been manipulated? Surely it should at least be investigated. And the only reason for saying no is if you have a vested interest or your brain has been frazzled.

  8. But there is still an issue with how the referendum was debated. Most people were motivated by immigration and contribution concerns, but the real movers behind Brexit may well have a very different agenda. If it turns out that the Russians had dealings with Cambridge Analytica then you may want to reconsider your position. I would certainly like to hear Mr Farage's view on all this.
